UPSC Recruitment 2021 Eligibility CriteriaEducational QualificationAssistant Director – M.Sc. in Agricultural Chemistry, or M.Sc. in Chemistry with specialization in Organic Chemistry or Analytic Chemistry from a recognized Institution or University.Nautical Surveyor Certificate of Competency as Master of Foreign Going Ships as Recognized by the Government of IndiaJunior Technical Officer – Bachelor of Technology (Oil Technology), or Bachelor of Engineering(Oil Technology), from a recognized university or institute. Or Bachelor’s degree with Post-Graduate Diploma Sugar Technology from a recognized university or institute. Ship Surveyor Candidate must have a degree in Naval Architecture from an accredited University. Principal – Candidates should hold a Master’s Degree and a B.Ed from a recognized Institute or University. Candidate must hold a Doctorate Degree from a Recognized Universities with experience in Administrative charge of Recognized High Schools/Higher Secondary Schools/Intermediate colleges.
